DISCResults ("we", "us") is operated by TSG Global, Inc., a Delaware corporation. This policy explains what we collect when you use discresults.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose; if anything is unclear, contact us.
What we collect
- Assessment answers and scores. Your responses to the DISC questionnaire and the profile we calculate from them. This is the product; we can't produce your report without it. While you take the assessment, your answers are also saved in your own browser's local storage so you can resume after a refresh or closed tab; that copy never leaves your device, is removed when you finish, and expires after seven days.
- Email address. If you save your results, buy a report, redeem a code, or contact us, we store the email you give us so we can deliver your report and let you retrieve it later.
- Payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we receive only a payment confirmation and the last four digits.
- Team assessments. When an organization invites you through a team link, your name, email, and profile are shared with the person who administers that team's dashboard.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) and error reports, kept for security and debugging.
Analytics and session replay
On our public pages (the home page, the assessment, checkout, the blog, contact, and these legal pages) we use two analytics tools:
- Google Analytics 4, to count visits and see which pages and referrals bring people here. IP anonymization is on and Google advertising signals are off.
- Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymized session replays and heatmaps so we can see where the site is confusing. Clarity is configured with strict masking: all text you type and all on-page text is masked before it leaves your browser.
Both tools set cookies and may collect your IP address and device information. Neither tool is loaded on pages that display your results, your saved reports, or a team dashboard.
Opting out. You can block both with any cookie or tracker blocker, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Clarity honors browser-level "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals. Google's own data practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy; Microsoft's in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
How we use your information
- To calculate and deliver your DISC report and let you retrieve it again later.
- To process your payment and send a receipt.
- To respond when you contact us.
- To keep the site secure, fix errors, and understand how it is used.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your assessment answers for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the site: Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email delivery), Heroku and Cloudflare (hosting and network), Sentry (error reporting), Google and Microsoft (analytics, as above). Each acts on our instructions. We also disclose information if the law requires it.
Retention
Results and the email attached to them are kept so you can come back to your report. If you would like a result or your email removed, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Send any request through our contact page; we will respond within 30 days and may ask you to verify the email address the data is attached to.
Children
DISCResults is intended for adults and people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
