Terms of Service
Last updated September 10, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and TSG Global, Inc. ("DISCResults", "we", "us") covering your use of discresults.com and any report you buy here. By using the site you agree to them.
What you're buying
A DISCResults report is a one-time purchase, currently $19.99 per person, that unlocks the full behavioral profile generated from your assessment answers. Prices are shown before payment and may change; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Organizations may receive invitation codes that unlock reports without a card.
Refunds
Reports are generated and delivered instantly, so purchases are generally final. If something went wrong (a duplicate charge, a report that failed to load, a payment you don't recognize) contact us within 14 days and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
What the assessment is, and isn't
DISC is a self-reported behavioral style model. Your report describes tendencies, not fixed traits, and is offered for self-awareness, communication, and team-development purposes. It is not a clinical, psychological, or medical assessment, and it must not be used as the sole basis for hiring, promotion, or any other employment decision. Employers using team assessments are responsible for complying with the employment laws that apply to them.
Your account and results
Results are attached to the email address you provide. You are responsible for entering it correctly and for keeping your result links private; anyone with a link can view that report. When you take an assessment through an organization's team link, that organization's administrator can see your profile.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the site; don't take an assessment on someone else's behalf without their consent; and don't resell or republish report content. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
Intellectual property
The questionnaire, scoring, report text, and site design belong to TSG Global, Inc. You may share and print your own report for personal and internal team use. DISC is a widely used model; DISCResults is not affiliated with any other DISC assessment publisher.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and reports are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from the site or a report is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions go to our contact page.
